About Faraway Saigon
Hyeon-Jun arrives in Vietnam in 17 years after communization for his love with a woman called Quen Tow who he met during his military service in Vietnam. Tow and Hyeon-Jun were deeply involved and promised to marry but the correspondence was dropped when he was sent back to his country after he got serious injury in the last operation. When he recovered and regained healthy, Vietnam was already ruined. Since he is allowed to visit Vietnam in 17 years, he comes to Vietnam and meets one of Tow's friends with difficulty. However he is informed that she remarried for her daughter's future. He leaves Vietnam again ruminating his anguish.
