Westerners say that Koreans eat a lot. Some Koreans may argue that they eat only during supper time, while others defend themselves by saying that it's because Koreans remember how difficult it used to be in the past. Nevertheless, Westerners in general are more conscious of their calorie intake than Koreans. However, they are occasionally invited to dinners and find themselves having to eat like a whale so that they don't disappoint their hosts. What's worse, they don't know how much calorie they've consumed. This is where the "Calorie Book" can help. It lists how much calorie there is in every Korean dish, along with a picture and the name in Romanized form. Though originally published for Koreans, the book is very useful for expats. Not only Koreans foods, but also Western ones like pizza and waffle are listed. There is also an English index of the foods at the end of the book. Handy size.
