Introduction:
Mr.Brain Tsukumo Ryusuke (Kimura Takuya) was once a club host. He met with an accident and injured a part of his brain. As if in compensation for that, his right brain was astoundingly well developed. He recovered and pursued a career in psychology. He's now an unconventional police psychologist who thinks far ourside the box when it comes to crime and his own fashion sense. He solved difficult cases like terrorism, assassinations, random killings and abductions with his own superhuman ideas and perspectives but cannot read situations and gets on the wrong side of those around him. Tsukumo Ryusuke takes on the challenge of cases with Yuri Kazune (Aya Haruka), his assistant at the research institute, and Hayashida Toranosuke (Mizushima Hiro), a detective with the First Investigative Division.
