About Im Chan-Sang
IM Chan-sang was born in 1969 and graduated from Yonsei University majoring in English Literature. Im debuts with The President's Barber for which he also wrote the screenplay. Im quit his job to become a director and participated in making I Wish I Had a Wife after graduating from the Korean Academy of Film Arts. The President's Barber tries to tell a tale of the times and the people who lived through the heart of history. It has attracted attention for its solid structure and unconventional ideas and characters.
