A company chairman, Sungnim's only son Seong-Wu leaves home after he witnessed his father commit adultery, but soon his father gets murdered. As Sungnim's immense property is inherited to his secretary Su-Yeon, Seong-Wu becomes penniless. Suspecting that Su-Yeon might have intrigued against him, Sung-Wu joins the rival company Taeheung Construction Co. After he becomes a director of his new company, Seong-Wu gets to know the one who killed his father was the president of Taeheung. Realizing that he misunderstood Su-Yeon, Seong-Wun falls in love with her.
