About Fire in the Mountain
As the Korean War breaks out, partisans take all the men in the bamboo village to the mountain. So, there left only women in the village. One day, Kyu-Bok escapes from the mountain and Jeom-Rye hides him in the bamboo grove. They fall in love with each other. A rumor that a man appears in the village is spread out. And their relation is exposed by Sa-Wul who railed Jeom-Rye. Sa-Wul missing a man has sexual realtion with Kyu-Bok by threatening to notify the police. When Kyu-Bok decides to give himself up to the police, the operation to sweep the guerrilla has already started. He is enveloped in flames and dies after all.
