About Love in Vain, A
Yeong-Ah (a female pickpocket) pickpockets Hyeong-Jun's money. By taking the relation, both young persons fall in love each other. However, Hyeong-Jun who does business at Hong Kong, has his fiancee so that he is forced to go to home country and gets married. He returns to Young-Ah, who is pregnant of his baby, and lives with her at the same house. Myori, his wife, suspects her husband and makes Jang-Hwan put a shadow upon her husband. When Jang-Hwan finds out everything, Young-Ah kills him by accident and is chased together with Hyeong-Jun by the police. Both young persons make up their mind to commit suicide, and Hyeong-Jun takes poison at first. Then, Young-Ah is arrested and delivers baby at prison. Myori, Hyeong-Jun's wife, meets Young-Ah and asks her to give baby. Young-Ah accepts Myori's proposal and also commits suicide.
