"Love Truly" is a story about a country girl, Yeo Bong-soon (Eugene) who undergo lots of difficulties to become an assistant chef at the Blue House. However, due to her carelessness, she lost her job in the Blue House. Luckily, Bong-soon never give up and work even harder to become professional chef that protects traditional Korean foods that extinct gradually.

Yeo Bong-Soon (Eugene Kim) from a mountain village came to Seoul to live and look for her parents after her foster 'grandmother' passed away. She got a job as an assistant cook at the President's Blue House canteen and later in the Blue House kitchen. She falls for Jang Joon-Won (Ryu Jin), the President's son, a highly intellectual doctor, who is married and his wife is suffering from dementia and has a five year old daughter. As Bong-Soon finds herself falling in love with Joon-Won, we also find a love triangle building up, when Bong-Ki, the President's family's bodyguard, starts to fall for the hillbilly Bong-Soon! Playful, charming, and laugh-out-loud funny, MBC drama I Really, Really Like You (a.k.a. Love Truly) brings romance to the Blue House. K-pop singer Eugene (Wonderful Life) sheds her pop idol image by embracing the character of an endearingly brassy and bumbling country girl, complete with a spot-on country accent. Competing for Eugene's affections are Ryu Jin (Seo Dong Yo), who portrays the President's son, and rising star Lee Min Ki (Be Strong, Geum-soon, Spring of Dalja). This romantic triangle plays out in the hallowed hallways of the Blue House (official residence of South Korea's president), bringing an interesting new twist to the story.

Cheerful country girl Bong Soon (Eugene) rescues an injured man (Ryu Jin) near her village one day, and the two become good friends. Little does she know, the man she rescued is none other than the President's son Jang Joon Won. Later on, Bong Soon moves to Seoul to look for her long-lost parents and becomes an assistant cook at the Blue House. She constantly clashes with Joon Won's hot-tempered bodyguard Bong Ki (Lee Min Ki), but the two keep growing closer over time. Already torn between her crush on Joon Woon, who has a young daughter and an ill wife, and a blossoming relationship with Bong Ki, Bong Soon gets even more confused when the mystery of her identity begins to unravel.

Eo Bong-soon (Eugene) is a assistant cook at the President's house. She falls for Nam Bong-ki (Lee Min-ki) who is the President's son's bodyguard! There's no 'nobody.' Everybody is once an important person to somebody. The Life Story of Beautiful-minded People 'The true meaning and hope of life can be learned from ordinary people.'What makes Love Truly different from other stories is its characters; those who work in the Blue House (Korean presidential residence). This drama introduces the viewers the place considered mysterious and tabooed in TV dramas. It also features the people working inside the most unknown place in the country.

Even though the presidential residence is the main setting of the story, the main characters of the story aren't the presidential family. The story focuses on the true residents of the Blue House; those who have always been in the very center of the history, but remained nameless for many years. In this story, the viewers will meet the presidential cook, kitchen staff, a carpenter, a photographer, bodyguards and other workers.

These people are working in the most unusual and interesting place in Korea. Nobody recognizes their hard work, but they strongly believe that the food they cook, the door they fix, and a phone call they answer can make a difference. They take their work very seriously and always do their best. The story features the simple, but noble spirit of those who love their job and work hard. Therefore, the Blue House in this story represents the workplace of the hardest working people in the country, rather than the secret and off-limits presidential residence.
