About Song of Compassion
Sin-jae Kim loved Baek-yeong Lee living at her town who was a handsome young man as well as a student of music. But Sin-jae Kim's parents intented to make her marry for political reasons. At that time, Baek-yeong Lee left for Japan to study and Sin-jae Kim was supposed to marry Woong Lee according to her parents' order. In fact, she married to support poor Sin-jae Kim. On the day when Baek-yeong Kim returned after finishing his studying abroad, Sin-jae Kim had wedding ceremony. He rushed there in vain. Day by Day he got deteriorated in despair. But his friends persistently persuaded him and at last he held his return concert. Sin-jae Kim infinitely shed tears in sorrow among audience.
