Aa Na Jung-Mun promises him that he would give war fund for Korean Independence, Lee Chun-Wu kills many arms dealers including Song Chi-Wu and Hideo. Chun-Wu falls in love with Kwak's adopted daughter Chi-Chi. He obtains the information on the smuggling network of Tanaka by using his daughter, and hands it over to Kwak. But Kwak makes a deal under the table with Ha Mong-Wun, a kingpin in the smuggling world. As Chun-Wu is told that Kwak is a member of Chinese communist group, he kills Kwak by poison. But as it turns out that Na Jung-Mun was also a member of Soviet communist, Chun-Wu tries and barely succeeds to kill him and leaves with Chi-Chi.
