About Hwang Jin-I
During the reign of King Jung Jong of Yi Dynasty, there lived a famous prostitute, Hwang Jin-Yi. She is the prominent girl in composing poetry, dancing and singing and is acquainted with many excellent Confucian scholars. Especially, she is known as three celebrities of Songdo with Seo Hwa-Dam and Parkyeon fall. She has Ji-Jok monk apostatize the Buddhist commandments and intoxicates Byeok Kye-Su with a poem she herself composed.
