About Brother
A taxi driver Hyeon-Wu's brother Min-Wu is medical student of the graduating class. In the course of working hard in order to earn brother's last registration fee, he causes a traffic accident and runs away taking the money of a passerby who is hit over by his car. But, in the end, he is arrested and sentenced to 7 years' imprisonment. Min-Wu marries Su-Mi the daughter of a wealthy man and goes abroad for studying averting his face from his sister-in-law Hwa-Young's hardships. Hwa-Young hides this from husband and works as a taxi driver. 4 years later, she comes to know that Min-Wu open a hospital but gets shocked when he denies her existence. One day, the customers of taxi rape her and it makes her chronic disease worse. In the end, she dies and Hyeon-Wu released from prison hears about everything. He gives vent to his anger and gets lost ignoring Min-Wu who regrets his faults.
