About For Agnes
Yeo-Jin, a student abroad, is transferred to Korean investigation institute on a charge of murder of her husband Mi-Ho. As she gives up the defense and is sentenced to death, her lawyer Seung-Ho falls in deep skepticism. Seung-Ho, who is troubled by this case, realizes Yeo-Jin's clean soul through Father Kim who performed a divine service for her marriage. Then he determines to go to the States to solve the incident as he feels ill toward Mi-Ho's violence and degradation which were revealed by NYPD. Yeo-Jin and Mi-Ho were happy couple in spite of the hard circumstance. However Mi-Ho suffered from guilty conscience because he couldn't protect Yeo-Jin when she was mercilessly raped and violated. Although Seung-Ho screams her legal defense receiving Yeo-Jin's recorded tape, Yeo-Jin is already being taken to an execution ground.
