About Hong Gil-Dong
Born as an illegitimate son of Hong master, Kil-Dong becomes a chivalrous robber in opposition against the feudalism. He organizes Hwalbindang (outlaws who rob in order to help the poor), punishes the corrupt official by taking their property, and rescues the poor. Therefore, the government tries to arrest them, but in vain. Finally, Kil-Dong founds Yuldo Kingdom and becomes the king.
