About You are Foggy Flower
Seung-Ho and Hye-Rin meet in a flower shop and love each other. However, Hye-Rin is forced to marry another man by her parents. Hye-Rin runs away from the hall for engagement ceremony and goes to Seung-Ho. They marry and work as teachers in an isolated island. While they live happily, Hye-Rin suffers from the cancer. Finally, Hye-Rin dies after giving birth to his baby.
