About Migrant Birds' Festival
Seung-Hee sends her mixed blood son to the United States and visits a military campside town. She meets Jun-Ho, who cannot forget, but he is a spy of the North Korea regime and attempts to take advantage of her. The leading policeman of the police investigation team, who supervises their activities carefully, is Kyeong-Su who lived orphan life together with Jun-Ho and Seung-Hee during 1951 retreat in the Korean War. The truth is disclosed to let Jun-Ho face difficult situation, so that he kneels down in front of her. Watching such an action of Jun-Ho, Kyeong-Su accepts Jun-Ho's delivery of himself to the police from warm heart, and both Jun-Ho and Seung-Hee hold wedding ceremony.
