About Silver Beard
An old man Mr. Heo devotes his life for his children's happiness. Now he sets up a separate family for his three sons and a daughter. Also he gets his youngest daughter-in-law remarried after his youngest son is dead during Korean War. He lives alone with going around his three sons. As he is utterly absentminded, he hides himself in a home for the aged after he visited his wife's grave. While Mrs. Jeong, his remarried daughter-in-law, misses her ex-father-in-law and visits his ex-husband's brothers from whom she hears about the old man. As she finds him after asking around and takes care of him at her home, the children regret their faults and support their father for the rest of his life all together.
