About Manhattan at Sunset
Lee Hyo-Sun, a lady taxi driver, caused a traffic accident. While she was jailed for 6 months, she came to have an American pen pal. Then she married the American in papers. As soon as she was released from prison, she left for USA. With a dream of new life that she would be a taxi driver in America and lead happy life with a Korean-American husband, she arrived at Los Angeles airport. But she was met by her husband's friend, not by her own husband. Her life in strange place went wrong from the first moment and Hyo-Sun deeply felt difficulties of life. 2 years later she owned a house and fortune, but she sighed and realized uncertainty of life thinking her husband who was supposed to com back still in 6 months.
