About Hidden Tears
Suk and Kang-Wun love each other. One day, Kang-Wun goes to hospital for intense stomachache and diagnosed as gastric ulcer and the doctor tells him he has only three years of life. Not to give pains to Suk, he gets lost leaving a letter. 3 years later, Suk and Kang-Wun happen to meet again, but by that time Kang-Wun is already in close relations with a young widow So-Hee who's living in the same lodgings. So-Hee's son Hun calls him father. In the end, Suk concedes him to So-Hee and leaves.
