About What Happened that Night
Mi-Jeong refuses to sleep with his returned husband Shin-Il from abroad, which surprises and makes him follow secretly his wife the next morning. He gets to see his wife meet some man. He later comes to know from his housemaid that a burglar raped Mi-Jeong when he was abroad. Disgusted with that horrible fact, he gets to hate woman and tries to vent his anger on Kyeong-Ah, whom he happened to know. But as his frustration subsides, he decides to put the pent-up energy on his sculpture. It turns out that Mi-Jeong was diagnosed having leprosy, but the diagnosis was wrong. Shil-Il understands his wife and gets to love her more than before.
