About His Excellency Sae Al
Sae Al City, an imaginary city, is congested with election of mayor after a long time. Shin Ji Party, the leadig party, goes ahead of Shin Pyong Party, the opposite party, with its fund raising ability and organization. Thus Shin Pyong Party begins to use computers to look for candidates. Na Do-Pal, a dried fish seller at Po-Dae Market, runs for election as an independent candidate to find out his sister Do-Hee according to suggestion of Cho Jin-Sang, an orphan like him. Unexpectedly the computer presents Na Do-Pal as the strong candidate and he becomes Shin Pyong Party's candidate. Na Do-Pal asks around about Do-Hee while Yan Hee-Kyeong, a reporter of a TV, has doubts on his attitude and finds out Do-Pal's past. Also she came to know that Jin madame of Mijin Gak, a kisaeng house, is his sister. Yang feels pity for her and this fact....
