Cheon Dal-Su is a sluggard without any particular job who gets money from attending reserve army training on behalf of others. On his way to the bank to withdraw 50 thousand won of wired money as usual, he is dunned for the payment of his credit by Eun-Ji, a cafe waitress. Arriving at the bank, they find that 10 billion won of money is deposited in his account. Though they consider it's because computer went wrong, they withdraw 100 million won guessing some possibilities. While the former supreme power, who worries how to manage his 100 billion won in his account under alias, decides to put 10 billion won each in ten others' accounts that are not used for more than a year and withdraw it again. One of those black money is put in Dal-su's account. As he gets unexpected big money, Dal-Su wastes the money like water going around hotels and department stores. By the way the supreme power side can't withdraw even the rest amount due to regulation of linked account transfer so they run after Dal-Su. They arrange for staff sergeant Jang, a legendary killer, to have him chase Dal-Su with Baep Sae.......
